As the lead designer for the Radius Design System, I guided its evolution from an early-stage MVP to a fully integrated, scalable system supporting a suite of enterprise applications. Working closely with design, engineering, and content teams, I identified gaps, prioritized work, and established the foundational elements necessary for long-term success—including type, spacing, color accessibility, and documentation.
My role spanned strategy, design, and implementation: I created high-value components like buttons, inputs, tables, and data visualizations; established cross-app design patterns; and implemented usage documentation and contributor workflows. I introduced scalable processes and oversaw adoption across 5+ applications, significantly improving consistency, efficiency, and onboarding.
